100 Mile Cafe
Level 3, Melbourne Central
211 La Trobe Street
Melbourne
The 100 Mile Cafe is a new restaurant, sourcing the finest produce from the local community - within a hundred mile radius.
The 100 Mile Cafe makes it easier for us all to support local producers by bringing us the farmers' markets, independent producers and the best possible meat, seafood and produce into the city and onto the table.
The cafe is right on the corner of Swanston and La Trobe Streets, making trams the obvious choice of travel. Access tram no. 30 from Victoria Street, right out the front of the Exhibition Buildings/Gardens. Tram no. 30 will take you to the door of the 100 Mile Cafe.
Or, if you're in the mood for a walk after the conference, the 100 Mile Cafe is about one kilometre from the conference venue, taking you through the Old Melbourne Gaol exercise garden and the old buildings of the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. Dont daddle though - the exercise garden gets locked at 7pm and there are ghosts of Ned Kelly after dark!
Drinks and dinner will be served at the 100 Mile Cafe from 6pm through to 11pm and are included in the full delegates fee. Separate registration for Drinks/Dinner Only (for guests, partners, students, work colleagues etc) is available from the Register Now page.
